Virtual Visits (Telehealth) is a real time, online visit with a provider. Virtual visits are an additional way to see a provider when an in-person visit may not be accessible or convenient. You can schedule a virtual visit for most health concerns, including but not limited to: -Abdominal pain -Bladder / urinary tract infection -Bronchitis -Coughing -Diarrhea -Fever -Migraine / headache -Pinkeye -Rash -Seasonal flu -Sinus problem -Sore throat -Stomachache -Yeast infection -And much more Do not schedule a virtual visit for an emergency health situation. If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room. *$25 after hours charge will be added for appointment scheduled after 5pm CST. Please call to schedule an after hours visit. *After paying and scheduling your appointment you will receive a link to log in to the telehealth portal. If you do not receive a link 1 hour before your appointment time please call us at 972-765-4410. Make sure to leave a voicemail with your name and telephone number so we can return your call.
